If you live in New Jersey, you might have to get off the roads for a few days, as the state has put restrictions on travelers from certain areas.
The ban is in place for travelers from the following places:The first two restrictions are in effect from 9 a.m.
ET on Wednesday, but the restrictions extend to 9 p.m., 10 p.g., and 11 p.b. for all flights.
The travel ban also includes flights to or from Puerto Rico, the United States Virgin Islands, and the U.S. possessions of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.
Travelers from Alaska and Canada must first go through customs before boarding a plane.
Those restrictions will only apply to U.K. flights, and no flights from New York, Washington, D.C., or Puerto Rico will be affected.
The first restriction from 9 p:30 a.c. to midnight ET Wednesday was in place after a federal judge ordered a halt to the new travel ban.
On Monday, U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley ordered the ban to be lifted as of Wednesday.
The U.A.E. government has said it will appeal that ruling.
